Jelly Bean Jungle

“Rufus” a deliciously sweet candy lion, was created by Abrahms Gentile Entertainment, NYC, for the delightful children’s television show, Jelly Bean Jungle.

By using hand cables only, his eyes blinked... his ears wiggled...

and his mouth moved!

KING KONG’S NEW FAE RAE-- SCOTT!!!

In this archival photo from 1988, Scott poses under the endearing creature’s GIANT hand. All of King Kong’s fingers on this ‘hairy hand puppet’ were fully operational (the puppeteer- Scott- actually climbed inside to manipulate each one of them individually).

“I don’t think so”

Geppetto fabricated (and performed in) these wildly wonderful, wearable puppets for DINOSAUR JR.’S classic Warner Brothers music video, “I don’t think so”. Directed by the tremendously talented GREG STUMP, it was shot in about a week, entirely in and around several COLORFUL locations in Denver and Boulder, Colorado.

This outrageously FUNNY video is one of our all time favorites, featuring SCOTT MOLAMPY as a GIANT HOT PINK YETI (pictured here); and partner, WILL MILLS, as a gnarly, hunchbacked neanderthal-esque bartender. And the gregarious, blonde beauty puppet (think: BIG busted version of Joni Mitchell, or, perhaps, Marianne Faithfull, circa 1967) was hysterically puppeteered by the incomparably beautiful and truly FAB-U-LOUS multi-media artist, ACE MACKAY SMITH.

A true Dinosaur jr. classic-  Greg Stump is brilliant!

An AMAZING performance by everyone involved!

Charles Bach’s
“THE TOURISTS”

Wowing audiences all around the globe with his spectacular WONDERS Show, Charles Bach is a magician, illusionist, and escape artist extraordinaire! Exuding a genuine, contagious enthusiasm making the audience feel they are part of the magic, Charles transforms a theater into a magical place, filled with a sense of joy and wonder.
A few years back, Charles commissioned Geppetto Studios to bring his wonderfully fun and original “Tourists” Puppets idea to life. Under Charles’ clear and concise direction, Geppetto’s talented artisans were able to get a very clear idea of what the master magician was looking for. The results were tremendously successful- and certainly hysterical- as the puppets came “alive” before all our eyes!
